Music:

I like creating music, whenever I do, I post on my youtube channel: One Man Choir.

Writing:

I think a lot and therefore I write a lot as well. Most of my writing is usually me processing things I don’t understand yet and are giving me a lot of trouble in the moment.

I end up with a lot of neat principles that help me maneuver difficulty and move ahead with my life.

Most of my principles have to do with realizing that difficult is a part of life and the difficulties I face—in particular—are a part of me and what I thought was a problem—once—isn’t really. It’s more like I don’t get it so bad it hurts. My life is about stop associating negativity with the experiences I live even if it might feel like it at the time.

Quora:

When I learn things, I don’t always understand or remember the lessons that are useful to me. Answering questions on Quora help me reinforce my principles of life by examining them from different perspectives. This strengthens my own resolve.

That being said, you’ll be able to learn a lot more about me and how I’ve changed over time by checking out my channel.

Physical Health

I like being healthy in life. While I may not exercise to the best of my ability all the time, I try to make sure I’m at least strong enough to feel good about my body. Nutrition and sleep are also key, and I guess I’m a little bit of a nerd when it comes to taking care of these things. That being said, I’m not obsessed with more information than I need to take care of myself and don’t fancy nutrition information without the context of it being useful to me.
